Principal Duties &
Responsibilities:
Provides direction and coordination in developing and implementing service and individual treatment plans.
Assesses the behavioral needs of youth and adults and makes treatment recommendations.
Performs as the lead member of an inter-disciplinary team and makes intervention suggestions to other members of the support team.

RequirementsRequired Skills, Abilities & Education:
An advanced degree Applied Behavior Analytics.
Requires three (3) years of direct work experience, and must be certified in Behavior Analysis.
In addition - and as a condition of continued employment - AWARE's BCBA must maintain the specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards and other such certification boards To learn more please visit www.
